Hologram machines
of whole solution to produce holographic sticker from the
begining to the end. Most machines also are required to produce
hologram film and hologram hot stamping foil. To make description
more simple, we just list machines to make holographic sticker

Electronic forming machine duplicates nickel hologram operation
shim which is used for sticker embossing. Then we fix nickel
hologram operation onto embosser's sylinder and emboss metallized
PET film which will have hologram image on it.
5. Narrow Hard Web Embosser
Narrow web hard embosser can emboss aluminum metallized PET
film(holographic sticker film ), transparent PET film, aluminum
foil,etc. To emboss holography image, embosser should have
compressed air pressure between three cylinders in high tempreture.
We have two type hard embosser, old mold and new mold. Old
mold holography hard embosser can not emboss metallized film
foil very precised in roll. Embossed holography film have
gap between each panel and the gap of panel is not precise.
New mold embosser can emboss foil very precisely and coutinously
with same gap between two stickers. So the sticker made by
new mold embosser can be applied automaticly by machine.

6. Laminator
To laminate silicon paper(liner) and holography film together
by adhensive. Adehensive r(usually, solvent based) is same
adhensive for normal self-sticke.
7. Wide Web
Soft Embosser
To emboss transparent holographic film in wide web. The hologram
film can be BOPP, PET and PVC film.
8. Hologram
Sticker Automatic Die-cutting Machine
This macine can die-cut hologram
sticker in roll precisely and fast. It can die-cut one row
or two rows sticker per time. It can die-cut maxinum 260 times
per minute. It can slit sticker into small roll at mean time
of die-cutting.

die-cut sticker into sheetin size of 160mm*160mm. It die-cut
row by row manually.
Holography
Master Shooting System
Master shooting System has
two type. One is 2D/3D mater shooting System, another is Dot-matrix
master shooting System.
2D/3D mater shooting System
There're two type of 2D/3D master shooting. One way is to
shoot master by H1 glass to make hologram text or image in
background. Another way is to shoot master by hologram image
maker facility directly.To shoot master by hologram image
maker facility directly, all forground image and background
image can be shooted in same way(no need to make H1 glass
for background first). It's much easily way than to make background
by H1 glass. Master shooted by hologram image maker facility
also is much shining and clearn without noise wrinkle than
the master shooted in another way, especially, on big rainbow
area. To shoot master by hologram image maker facility, we
need automatic position localization equipment to locate record
glass position precisely. To shoot master by H1 for background,
we have to control position platform manully.
Two different 2D/3D master
shooting, we need two different position localization equipment,
one is manul positioning equipment , another is automatic
positioning equipment.
We have both type master shooting
technology. To shoot master by hologram image maker facility
is suggested because it's easier to learn and quality of master
made is better.

Electronic
Forming Machine
After hologram glass master
shooted by laser beam sensitive glass by 2D/3D master shooting
system(or, have dot-matrix hologram recombined into big size
on some plastic film) and had one sliver layer on the surface
of the glass after slivering process, we have to put the holography
glass master into soft eletronic forming tank to produce holography
master origination which image is nagative to final hologram
sticker. After 70-90 minutes electronic forming, we'll get
one holography shim copy which is called nickel holography
master origination(mother master) from the surface of glass
master. Then we put the nickel holography master origination
into another tank, hard eletronic froming tank which can duplicate
another piece positive operation holography shim which is
a little bit harder than soft shim for hard embossing and
soft embossing. Small tank is for duplicating small master
which is used to emboss holography sticker and big tank is
duplicating big master which is used to produce holography
film.

Mold Narrow Web Hard Holography Embosser
Narrow web hard holographic embosser is designed for producing
160MM width holographic products, such as holographic labels
foil in roll which has precise gap between two stickers. Sticker
embossed by this embosser can be applied automaticly by sticker
application machine. Comparing to similar mold embosser made
in USA and Germany, our embosser has same quality and much
lower price. This hologram embosser can emboss slim hologram
seal of cigarette packaging.

1200 mm Wide Web Soft Holography Embosser

This machine is suitable to
emboss many kinds of film, such as transparent BOPP, PVC,
PET film, extensively used in manufacturing holographic film
for anti-counterfeit hologram packing material. Laminating

This automatic die-cutting
machine is very good to die-cut hologram sticker precisely
and fast. It's suitable to die-cut hologram stickers in roll
very precisely by tracing white register mark. It has slitter
which can slit big hologram sticker roll into small rolls.
